What to include in your enquiry
For a proposed hire, include the role, work location, remuneration and whether a specific person has been identified. For an employee, say whether an employer has agreed to sponsor you and include the current visa and expiry date.
For IP, describe what you want to protect or resolve and any filing, publication or transaction date. For family work, identify the countries involved and any fixed dates. Please do not send identity documents or sensitive third-party material in the first email unless requested.
