Our immigration work draws on experience gained since 2008. The team also has more than thirty years of intellectual property experience, with a background in physics, research and patent practice.

Complex matters
Some clients arrive after being told there is no route available. We examine the reasons for that answer, the alternatives and the weaknesses that need to be addressed. A useful assessment explains the risks as well as the opportunities.

Paula has practised immigration law since 2008 and holds legal qualifications in Australia and the United Kingdom. Her postgraduate qualifications span immigration law, intellectual property, UK and EU law, and Chinese law.

Dr Phil Jeffrey
Intellectual property
Phil is a PhD physicist and UK and European patent attorney, with more than thirty years of intellectual property experience. His work encompasses IP strategy, trade marks and ownership questions, including those that arise in business sales.
He also contributes to National Innovation Visa matters where achievements sit in research, publications and intellectual property. Book an IP call
